Al Shirawi 3 Phase Separator is a horizontal vessel fitted with technically advanced instruments and designed to efficiently separate well effluents into three phases. We have installed a one of a kind CSC testing facility in UAE and Middle East. This facility is offered to our customers who would like to get any structure tested and certified to CSC. 

AESCO offers varying well test packages and products like DNV/CSC skid mounted well test packages, storage tanks, oil well testing equipment etc. 3-phase well test separator comes under offshore package. The package is designed to offshore lifting standard DNV2.7-1 and CSC approved skid with crash frame for ease of rapid transportation to offshore or onshore worksites globally on container vessels.

  • Multiple safety valves to redirect flow in the event of over-pressurization
  • Bypass capabilities allow for maintenance, repairs, and replacements without having to shut in the well.
  • Pressure, temperature and sampling ports on inlet and outlet lines enable maximum measurement and sampling in all phases
  • Skid mounted for easy transportation
  • Option for having the vessel internally coated with suitable product for extended vessel life
  • Configured for addition of Hi-Lo pressure and Hi-Lo level alarm, shut down system on vessel
  • Equipped with explosion-proof fluorescent lights to meet Zone 1 requirement and 50 meters of armored power supply cable
  • The vessel internal components are designed such that they are easily removable and serviceable through manway.
